With extensive experience across a broad range of sectors, Cathy specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance.
She also advises lenders, borrowers, investors and corporate clients on banking and finance matters including secured and unsecured lending, property finance, acquisition finance, refinancing and regulatory considerations.
