Claire’s client’s include International Finance providers, National companies and private individuals. Claire provides advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including mediation.
Claire has particular expertise in Property Law matters, such as ejectment proceedings and injunctions on behalf of Social Housing Landlords. She also regularly advises Commercial Property Landlords in respect of landlord: tenant issues and also has experience of Judicial Review within this context
