James is a solicitor in the Private Client department, with experience advising clients on wills, inheritance tax and estate planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates and trusts. He also advises on applications to the Office of Care and Protection in the High Court, including applications for the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and controllerships.
James provides specialist advice in relation to Inheritance Tax Planning and care home fee planning and has experience in dealing with complex estate administrations, including matters involving high net worth individuals.
James was elected and acts as the CPD coordinator for the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association and has experience delivering CPD to practitioners and is also a non-executive Director of Marketing and Promotions of the Armagh Credit Union.
