Jonathan is a partner in the Private Client department. He advises clients on wills, inheritance tax and estate planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, applications to the Office of Care and Protection in the High Court for both registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and controllerships, administration of estates and trusts. He is a Tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in this area.
He also advises various charities on a range of matters.
In addition, Jonathan has extensive experience in commercial and residential property matters that complements his area of specialism.
