Pierre qualified as a solicitor in England working for a City of London Law Firm, and has worked in Elliotts Legal since 1996.
He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property to include acting for a wide range of clients including institutional investors, retailers including retail chains, funders, housing associations, shipping and transport, leisure, hotels, brewing and distillery operators in respect of shopping centres, retail parks, office buildings, industrial estates, investment properties, hotels, restaurants, commercial and mixed use premises.
Pierre advises on all aspects of Commercial Property law to include the sale/grant and acquisition of freehold/leasehold interests; new developments and tenants/purchasers to include asset management, dealing with development agreements and construction documentation; and property aspects of share sale transactions.
